PRIVACY POLICY E COOKIE POLICY of marcobovi.it
This privacy and cookie policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) refers to the website https://www.marcobovi.it/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and describes the activities and methods of processing personal data made by Casa Vacanze LE MURA di Marco Bovinelli (hereinafter, “Company” or “Data Controller”) through the Site, which is owned by the same and is registered by the same domain.
Data controller

The Company recognizes the importance of personal data and has at heart those of its Users (hereinafter “Users” or “Data Subjects“) therefore it is committed to their respect and their correct processing. The Company processes the personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data“) of the User when the User visits the Site and uses the services and features on the Site. The Privacy Policy has been drafted in compliance with the GDPR, D. Lgs. n.196/2003 as amended by D. Lgs. n.101/2018 as well as on the basis of the guidelines of the supervisory authority – the Data Protection Authority – and also represents information to data subjects pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR and the applicable national legislation (collectively “Privacy Policy”).
The Privacy Policy specifies:
- who is the Data Controller;
- who controls and manages the Personal Data collected and processed through the Site;
- what personal information is collected – for what purposes and how Personal Data is processed;
- the scope of communication to third parties and any transfer abroad;
- how the User can verify the processing of Personal Data concerning him and exercise the rights recognized by the Privacy Policy.
This information is provided only for the Site and for the activities carried out on the Site and the services rendered there by the Company also through its data processors and not for other websites that may be consulted by the User through links and/ or activities set up by third parties. 1. Legal basis of the processing
The legal bases of the processing operations carried out by the Data Controller are:
- regarding the response to your requests for contact, information and consultation of the Company, the legal basis of the processing is represented by the execution of pre-contractual measures taken by the Data Controller at your request (art. 6 lett. b of the GDPR);
- regarding the navigation of the Site and the use of technical-analytical cookies-third parties the legal bases are represented by art. 6 lett. a) and f) of the GDPR. In the first case the Data Controller is entitled by your explicit consent, in the second case the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
2.PURPOSE AND METHOD OF PROCESSING
2.1 FINALITA’ OF PROCESSING
The purposes pursued by the processing are:
- the provision of holiday home rental services, the establishment of pre-contractual negotiations with prospective customers-users and/or the establishment and management of contractual relationships relating to the activities carried out;
- analysis of the use and navigation of the various sections of the Site, the analytics of the Site and related services;
- the anonymized analysis of the preferences, habits, behaviors, interests of the Users such as, for example, those obtained from online clicks on sections and touch points of the Site;
- send you personalized communications and carry out targeted promotional actions. The processing of Your Personal Data for profiling purposes will take place by third parties, or set up by a website other than that of the Data Controller and on servers other than that of the Site, as independent owners and on the basis of their privacy policies and on the basis of your explicit authorisation to use them on the Site. This data processing tool connects the data collected during your browsing on the sites through the use of third-party cookies if accepted, with the data collected. The interactions and information acquired through these tools are subject to the User’s privacy settings related to each social network and accessible exclusively by the operators of the platforms themselves. 2.2. METHOD OF PROCESSING
The data will be processed both manually and with the help of electronic tools to:
- answer and manage your requests for information and/or support, to manage your questions, communications or feedback;
- to provide the services requested through the Site, including services and administrative activities, accounting, fraud prevention, including the fulfillment of legal obligations, regulation and community legislation (including anti-money laundering legislation) and for the exercise of rights in court.
The Personal Data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any case, not exceeding that provided for by applicable law.
The Personal Data subject to consent given with regard to the installation of third-party cookies and for statistical and functional purposes of the Site have retention times described in the Cookie policy extended below. In any case, the storage time in these cases will be until the withdrawal of consent, at any time, by the User.
As for the Personal Data relating to the pre-contractual, contractual and administrative management of the Data Controller’s services, the retention time will be equal to ten (10) years.
3.Types of data processed
3.1 Navigation data
The mere visit and consultation of the Site does not generally involve the collection and processing of User Personal Data. If the user, instead of his own initiative, registers a profile or sends requests, the Data Controller will collect and process the following User Personal Data:
- Name, surname, nickname, sex;
- Contact details (telephone and e-mail) including business contact;
- Job position and/or organization belonging if shared.
The processing of Personal Data of users who visit and consult the Site concerns:
- The navigation data whose transmission is necessary for the operation of the computer systems and the programs necessary for the operation of the Site;
- Part of the IP addresses (internet protocol) or domain names of the computer used to visit the Site, as well as other parameters related to the operating system used by the User to connect to the Site. The acquisition of navigation data takes place automatically and unavoidably and can only be used to obtain statistical information and aggregate data on the use of the Site and to verify its correct functioning.
3.2 Data provided voluntarily by individual users
In addition, the Data Controller collects and processes Personal Data voluntarily provided by individual users consisting of those data collected by sending electronic mail, interaction with the Site’s functionality in the appropriate touch points, the request for registration/information/services offered by the Site, the compilation of other specific forms. The Personal Data that the Company collects and processes includes name and surname, nickname, gender, place, nationality, contact information such as: addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail, personal and business location. Statistical data on purchases are also collected.
4. Nature of data provision
The provision of Personal Data is voluntary and refers to the purposes explained in point 1 lett. a) and 2.1 lett. a) of this information and relating to the Personal Data described in point 3 below; the provision is necessary to allow the Company Owner to respond to requests for information, provide the services requested through the Site, manage the activities functional to the services related to the activities carried out. In the event of failure to provide Personal Data for the aforementioned purposes, the Company will not be able to respond to requests for information, provide the services requested through the Site and manage the activities functional to the provision of services.
5. Data communication
The Personal Data will not be subject to general communication, will be accessible only to the Company-Data Controller and to other subjects under specific conditions. It may be necessary to communicate your data to duly instructed persons or appointed external data processors to make possible the provision of the services requested by you. The Personal Data may be made accessible to professionals and independent collaborators, also organized in an associated form, third-party service providers of a professional and technical nature, functional to the processing purposes indicated in point 2.1 and that assist the Data Controller in tax, social security, accounting and/or organizational matters, which will act as external Managers or Data Processors, depending on the case, without prejudice to their adoption of security and protection criteria for Personal Data in line with current legislation.
Finally, Personal Data may be disclosed for administrative or legal reasons to bodies, authorities, public institutions and to legitimate recipients pursuant to law in compliance with laws and regulations.

Under no circumstances will Personal Data be transferred to countries outside the EU or disseminated.
6. AUTOMATIC DATA COLLECTION MECHANISMS – COOKIES
The Site uses cookies and other technologies for reading and/or storing information on the User’s device and also has Facebook buttons and widgets. These services allow interactions with social networks and/or other external platforms directly on the Site. 7. Rights of the data subject
At any time the User can exercise the rights recognized by art. 15 – 22 of the GDPR, including for example the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of Personal Data concerning him, to verify its content, origin and accuracy, to request its integration, updating, rectification, cancellation, transformation in anonymous form, portability. The User may object in whole or in part, or request the restriction of data processing for legitimate reasons.

8.COOKIE POLICY
